WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
We aim for same-day or next-day delivery. However, due to high order volumes, delivery may take up to 3 days from the date of purchase. Shipping within the UAE is free for orders above a certain amount. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR ONLY DOMESTICALLY?
We deliver only within the UAE. For international deliveries, customers must arrange their own cargo service. We will deliver the items to the cargo company but are not responsible for the items once they are handed over to the cargo service.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns on items that are damaged or without original packaging. Returns are only accepted on the same day of delivery. All other returns, if approved, will be converted to store credit.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS OR DO CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Most of our products do not come with warranties. For specific products that do, the warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
All items are non-returnable once they have been installed. Please ensure you are satisfied with the product before installation.
